Frequently Asked Question

At The Body Shop, we want to make servicing as simple, and hassle-free as possible. Below are some frequently asked questions. If your question isn’t listed below, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service team at (303) 322-0018.

Can I have my vehicle repaired at my shop of choice?

Yes, in Colorado, you are allowed to take your vehicle to your shop of choice.   Insurance companies will often try to steer you to their shop of choice so they can save costs and possibly not repair your car properly.

Do I need an appointment for an estimate on my vehicle?

We do accommodate walk in estimates, but highly recommend setting an appointment.

• What should I look for when choosing a Collision Center for my repairs?

You want to look for a shop that is an I-Car Gold Class Certified Collision Center first and that their certification is current.  Second, you will want to look at their Carwise Profile and Google Review profiles and read their customer surveys.  Carwise surveys are actual customer reviews.  Lastly, how are you treated when you walk in their shop for an estimate.

How long does an estimate for my vehicle take?

Visual estimates typically take between 15 and 30 minutes to complete.  Very often, additional damage will be found that cannot be seen, but we will work with your insurance company to document that damage and get the necessary approvals to continue with your repairs after the car has been dropped off.

What is the warranty for the work provided?

We offer limited lifetime warranty on all of our work.

Do you provide Towing Services?

Yes, please give us a call at 303-322-0018, so we can make arrangements to have your vehicle towed to our shop.

What insurance companies do you work with?

We work with all insurance companies on our customer’s behalf.

How is unseen damage (not listed on an estimate) handled ?

If additional damage is discovered during the repair process, the body shop will inform the insurance company and receive approval for the additional work.
