I have taken multiple cars to The Body Shop and they have taken care of each one and restored them to the same (if not... better) condition. Going through an accident is not an easy ordeal and time and time again The Body Shop has done amazing work. I refer them to all my friends and co-workers and will always continue to do so. Jenelle and Joe are awesome! Jenelle kept me up to date with everything in a timely manner, she didn’t exaggerate the... damage on the vehicle like other specialists I have spoke with and she reassured me everything will be smooth and easy. They could not find a door hinge for my vehicle and Joe went completely out of his way to get that problem figured out. It was awesome seeing how much he cared! Definitely recommend this body shop to anybody! Great customer service.read more

I had a referral to Gerber from my insurance company, went in and was told they are 4 months out to fix my car. WHY... does an insurance company send you to such a back logged repair shop??? I went home, researched body shops near my home and found The Body Shop!! What a lucky break for me. They worked off my Gerber estimate, I took the car in the following Monday and had it back by Wednesday. All around, a great experience.Comfortable wait area with TV and coffee, easy to find and warm, friendly employees that make you feel special. Their driveway had some icy patches and Kent Davis saw me drive up and came rushing out to assist me out of my car and into the shop so I wouldn't fall! WOW that was a "first" for me. Then Janelle, at the front desk took over. She is a jewell!Warm, friendly, knowledgeable and very good at her job.Thanks everyone. I know where to come when I drive over another curb!!!read more

I came to this place thinking that I finally will get my car fix and get over with my accident dispute. But I just will... get into an other one, They charge lots of money to the insurance, 555.69 more than a regular shop will charge for a windshield. When they get caught they get rude and aggressive, I will take them to court not expecting to get anything but stop them for do this to others. Business like this hurts our community BADLY 😢read more
